Why do you need to rewire your subconscious mind? You might have experienced that you can imagine some of your desires so quickly, while you cannot, or you can imagine hardly some others?

That’s because of that; you don’t have a neural pathway for that experience, not anything else.

So, now

  • How can you build a new neural pathway?
  • Or how to rewire your subconscious mind?

The reality is that you cannot rewire your subconscious mind directly.

you cannot cut your head and access your brain neurons and cause them to release neurotransmitters DIRECTLY;).

Or you cannot change your history of life in your mind DIRECTLY, or control and manage people around you DIRECTLY to behave in a specific way you desire to create your life you love. Does it make sense?

In other words, if you want to rewire your subconscious mind or control and lead your brain neurons to create a specific state of mind, DIRECTLY, you should use drugs that’s the easiest way. I wish drugs didn’t have side effects too. 🙂 but the bitter truth is they have severe side effects on the brain:).

So if your way is not to use drugs and you are searching for the natural way, continue reading this blog and follow my lead.

But fortunately, your brain has NEUROPLASTICITYthe ability of the brain to change, you can rewire your subconscious mind, you can impact your brain neurons, your reality of life, people’s behavior, experiences, your automatic reactions, feelings… INDIRECTLY. How?

As I said in previous blogs, change your mind to change your brain to change your mind.

In other words, you can change your thought. Then your brain would change. When your brain changes, your thought will change again, and the SYNERGIC effect happens. So you can rewire your subconscious mind by changing your thought.

Now I want to tell you that you cannot change your thought directly because your thought is a part of your programming.

I want to introduce the power of ATTENTION to you.

What you have as willpower is your ATTENTION.

So you can rewire your subconscious mind with your ATTENTION.

In other words, you have willpower as much as you can to drive your attention intentionally. Or as much as you cannot lead your attention and your attention is on your subconscious mind‘s control, you don’t have willpower in your life.

Now you can realize that your life is not under your control most of the time.

How would you feel about it?

Have you thought the same way before?

And I want to mention that as much as you can drive your attention intentionally, you can be creator, you can create your life.

First of all, you should accept that so many things are pulling your attention without you wanting them.


What is pulling your attention RIGHT NOW?

So if you can lead your attention wherever you want, that would change your mind and then your brain and then your mind. Then your mind and brain create your frequency, and your frequency turns the resonated energy at the quantum level into the matter.

That’s why your attention is key for rewiring your subconscious mind.

So now, what you need is boost your ATTENTION MUSCLE.

Attention is like a muscle, and you should EXERCISE it.

You should exercise your attention muscle to create your own life and to rewire your subconscious mind.

How to exercise your attention muscle to rewire your subconscious mind?


Your attention muscle is like a musical instrument string; you need to find it’s optimized position to create harmonious music.

In other words, you shouldn’t make it too tight, neither too loose. I mean, you shouldn’t control so much your attention, neither let it free too much.

In fact, you should find the point of how much control your attention and be aware that IT TAKES TIME TO FIND THE OPTIMIZED POINT to be able to rewire your subconscious mind. But the more you exercise, the more you are closed to the golden point, which brings magnificent feelings and experiences to you.

Attention muscle exercises:

Attention exercise

Look at the middle spot and red and blue squares.


look at the blue square and drive your attention to the blue one too.


look at the blue one but lead your attention to red one


look at the middle point and drive your attention to the red square.


By this exercise you can realize how your attention is under the control of other things, not what you want.

So in these three options, your brain is operating to look at one point, pay attention to another spot, and don’t pay attention to other things.

You can say your brain is doing kind of FILTERING.

“The FILTERING ability of the brain is key for attention.”

So if you are not good at concentrating or you are kind of a careless person, the filtering ability of your brain needs to be practiced. Just it, you need to practice it. 

It doesn’t have so many meanings the society gives to such kind of people.

What you should do for practicing it is, choose one of your five senses (to read more about five senses click here) for a week and make a deal to whenever you got yourself with thinking, lead your attention to that sense.

Then you are rewiring your subconscious mind with your attention muscle.

When you start leading your attention intentionally, your programs pop up.

  • Why should I do this?
  • What shit is this?
  • I want to think about hat subject; I don’t want to leave my thought world.
  • Some people are doing great work out there, and I’m leading my attention to my little touch sense?
  • I should pay attention to my surroundings not to fail in social competition.
  • I should do something for my life, for my problems instead of paying attention to what I can see at this moment.
  • I should think about my issues to find solutions, to find ways to go further, and, win in the rat race society.

I want to tell you all kinds of these thoughts are your programmings that show up as resistances, which means your attention muscle is weak to rewire your subconscious mind, what doesn’t let you go beyond your known box and experience UNKNOWN.

What you should do is just:



Anything else is reacting to them, and the point is, negative thought has power over you only when you react to them.

You can change your experiences or your reality of life because you have the willpower to drive your attention intentionally and rewire your subconscious mind.


Close your eyes and breath. Now follow your breath moment by moment, lead your attention wherever the air goes in your body, until a though when you realize that your attention was stolen and you missed following your breath and time yourself. Again start following moment by moment of your breath and this time try to break your record. Nice game. Isn’t it?:)
